Ansel Adams

Ansel Adams was born on February 20, 1902 in San Francisco, California. He eventually died on April 22, 1984 in Carmel, California. His education was that he had problems in school and he only received only and eighth grade education. He preferred learning through mainly his own interests. He was serious about music but was also interested in photography.He had a job of a photo technician which made him learn more about his hobby which was photography. He then started his career as a photographer. One of his books he published was the Parmelian Prints of the High Sierras in 1927.Also the Taos Pueblo in 1930. Some other books he published were the Sierra Nevada: The John Muir Trail in 1938, the Illustrated Guide to Yosemite Valley in 1940, Yosemite and the High Sierra in 1948, and also My Camera in Yosemite Valley in 1949. The Different things that I see between the negative and the positive are that in the negative its totally black but you could still see the imaga and the image is white and for the positive the whole picture is white except for the image of the tree which is black. 

Negative is an image in which the brightness values of the subject that reproduced so that the lightest areas are shown as the darkest.

The negative looks so different to the positive because when we did the negative to a positive the positive was faced down to the new sheet and from there the brightness was showned into the positive which made the positive come out to be white but the image black. Thats why the negative and the positive are different.

Avoiding Mergers

In this photo the whole family fit in the picture theres no part where the family is being cut of in the edges. So the picture is an good example of avoiding mergers .

Framing

In this photo the builiding is being framed by the other two buildings. The two twin towers that are being bombed are the center of attention of the photo. 

Balance

In this photo it is using symetrical balance, the picture is being balanced by the pole in the middle. Theres cars one side and the other theres cars also, and theres also a tree on both sides and a light post, and the builiding burning.

Lines

In this photo the lines follow the way the peroson is falling down. And they go horizontal.
